In the metadata function you can filter out the colors. This is with the brand new update.
When you do interviews code and mark to take notes. So it doesn’t pile up
Another thing to think about is “busted” takes. You never know if you can use it down the line.

Separate Sequences to auto-generated markers or you can self create markers.
A plugin you can use for help is called Transcriptive.
If you organize your timelines by a subject then you can go back to those soundbites later
