On day one of How Design Live Dorothea Boziocolona-Volpe was the afternoon keynote speaker April 30th. She runs Social Espionage which helps creators run digital marketing strategy. Her talk was about personal branding and how to make yourself known. She tells the story about how she had to go to camp one summer and the leaders made her remember a chant. "rowdie" Is what she had to sing all summer, but she then goes to ask us, "why was it spelled wrong" and she knew she was in the wrong place.

She left the audience with six tips on how to get your name out there which were:
1) Know your name
2) Be present
3) Listen/Learn/Consume
4) Create content
5) Be consistent with that content
6) Have a strategy
